"I posted a review previously, but I just had to follow up with another review. So, one of the brakes were squeaking and I also found out that a button on the infotainment system was sticking. I had to fill out some more paperwork so when I brought the vehicle back in they took care of everything! Then, about a week later the bank I was being financed through told them that they wanted me to put another $2,000 down after I had already put down $7,000. Alan ended up finding me another bank with a lower interest rate and told me to come back in to re-do the paperwork. Also, before I came back in, I had also noticed that my Audi was missing the spare tire. Joe said no problem. He checked another Audi they had for sale and gave me the spare tire he found in there and told me that they would just order another one. Only took about an hour to fill out the new paperwork. I ended up leaving with everything I needed taken care of, a lower interest rate, and a lower monthly payment! Select Auto Group ROCKS!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY BEBEH!!"
